DESCRIPTION (SINGLES): Competition will be held July 23 - July 25 at Suburban Bowlerama , 1945 S. Queen St., York. All divisions will bowl a 3-game qualifier, with at least 5 bowlers in each division and event advancing to the final round where each advancing bowler will bowl a final 3 games. These final three game totals independently will determine medal winners. The director will determine the percentage breakdown of each division and all decisions will be final, unless an appeal is made in accordance with USBC Rule 329. The qualifying for the Youth divisions will be held Friday at 9:00am. Youth finals will be Saturday at 9:00am. The Collegiate, Adult, and Senior divisions will qualify Saturday at 1:00pm. The final round will be held Sunday at 9:00am. All bowlers must show their sanction card to participate in the games.  If you do not have a sanction card, you will be required to purchase one before bowling. No Exceptions. Competition will follow USBC rules. Please note that Rule 400 will be in effect during youth participation. 


DESCRIPTION (DOUBLES): 80% of 420 based on the Team Average. Doubles competition will follow the same Rules as Singles.  Bowlers can enter multiple times, but must change partners. Doubles is open to any combination of youth, adult, male, and female. First come first serve based on times. You must be entered in singles to bowl in doubles. **Lane conditions:  Lanes will be dressed prior to the Jr. singles competition and Adult singles competition.  Bowlers will bowl three games, squad times are Friday at 1:00pm and Saturday at 4:00pm.  Lanes will NOT be dressed again for the doubles sessions. Doubles awards will be given Saturday after the last squad of Doubles. Anyone not present will receive their awards in the mail. There will not be finals for Doubles, total pinfall plus handicap will determine medals.  Based on the total of both contestants averages, the average breakdown for doubles is: Division D - 0-300;

Division C - 301-360; Division B - 361-419; Division A - 420 & Up.

ELIGIBILITY: All ages as of July 23, 2010. Bowlers may only compete in one division in one event. Each handicap event is based upon 80% of 2010 average using each bowler’s current year-end 21 or more as of July 23, 2010 (including Summer Leagues). Bowlers whose averages are not included on their entry form or secRetary’s phone number or sanction card number or who do not have an average must bowl scratch, NO EXCEPTIONS. No PBA cardholders accepted.  


ENTRY PROCEDURE: NO WALK-ONS are accepted for singles competition. Walk-ons will be accepted based on lane availability for doubles competition. Send the entry form and $30 entry fee for the Singles competition or $45 for the Singles/Doubles Competition to the Keystone State Games (KSG) office. NJ, DE, MD, WV, OH, & D.C. athletes are welcome to compete in 2010 Keystone Summer Games with no additional fees.  Please note that there is no prize fund involved, you are bowling for medals. Handicap bowlers must include on their entry form their highest current year-end 21 games or more average July 9, 2010 (Including Summer Leagues). Please include on your entry form the signature of the bowler’s league secretary and/or associate secretary. Bowlers in more than one league must submit their highest year-end average. No Junior Bowling Tour averages allowed.  


ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday, July 9, 2010. Apply Early! Entries must be postmarked by Saturday, July 10, 2010.
