Keystone State Games, Inc. Presenting Sponsorship will provide your company with year round exposure and advertising.  The sponsorship will position your company as a major sponsor directly involved with The Keystone Summer Games, as well as recognizing your company as a presenting sponsor with all eleven Keystone sporting events.

Corporate logo and or name will be printed on the following:

 

Advertisements:

·         Full page ad in the Keystone State Games Official Souvenir Program Book (10,000 circulation) Summer Games;

·         Logo on Keystone State Games Registration / Application Flyer cover (62,000 statewide circulation);

·         Logo and or name will be placed on all athlete, volunteer, and official shirts for all eleven Keystone sporting events;

·         Your company name will be mentioned and/or seen in Keystone State Games radio and television advertisements;

·         Logo placed on 10,000 Keystone Posters that are distributed throughout the Commonwealth;

·         Finalist Packets – the right to produce information to be included in each Finalist Athlete’s packet;

·         Logo on Keystone Home Web Page with hyperlink to your website;

·         Banners supplied by Keystone State Games, Inc. to be displayed at all sporting events

 

Recognition:

·         Right to participate in designated sport medal presentation;

·         Public address announcements at sponsored sport events;

·         Right to use slogan “Official Presenting Sponsor of the Keystone State Games” in sponsor’s advertising

 

Additional Benefits:

·         Invitations to specific public relations events – Kelly Cup, Athlete Award Ceremony, VIP Banquet, Athlete Festival, etc.;

·         Vendor space (10ft. X 10ft.) allocated at registration for The Summer Games

·         First right of refusal at the end of sponsorship commitment

 

Investment:  $25,000.00 per year

Terms:  Three-year partnership
