EVENT
CODES: DG01 Novice | DG02 Intermediate | DG03 Advanced
ELIGIBILITY: All
ages from 12 and up as of July 1, 2008. Participants must have a fundamental
understanding of how to throw a disc, the differences between putter, approach
and driver discs, and the rules of the game as established by the Professional
Disc Golf Association (www.pdga.com).
Novice
Division: (all participants) must have the above knowledge and
skill.
Intermediate
Division: In addition to the above, participants should be able
to: Age Groups A, B, E*, F, G and H: (*E
Group excluded from 2 year Experience requirement) Women: 2 years experience,
be able to throw 125-200 feet and make 3-5 putts out of 10 from 15 feet. Men: 2
years experience, be able to throw 175-300 feet and make 3-5 putts out of 10
from 20 feet.
Advanced
Division: In addition to the above, participants should be able to:
Age Group C and D: Women: Be able to
throw more than 200 feet and make 4-6 putts out of 10 from 20 feet. Men: Be
able to throw more than 300 feet and make 5-7 putts out of 10 from 25 feet.

will be held July 25-27, 2008 at Gifford
Pinchot State
Park, Alpine Road, Lewisberry,
PA, 17339,
Conewago Day Use Area. The
event is sponsored by the Pinchot Disc Golf Assoc. (www.PinchotDiscGolf.com). All
informational updates will be posted on this site. All groups will play on the Recreational Course
(York side of Pinchot Lake).
Groups A, B, C, D, E, F, and G (Novice, Intermediate and advanced) will play 18
holes and Group H will play 9 holes on July 25th AM. Groups B, C,
and D (Novice) will play either 18 holes on July 25th PM. Groups B,
C and D (Intermediate) will play 36 holes on July 26th. Groups B, C,
and D (Advanced) will play 36 holes on July 27th. KSG reserves the right to cancel, consolidate
and schedule divisions and dates of play based on the number of entries
