DESCRIPTION: Powerlifting will be held July 25 at Vision Fitness, 2555 Delta Road, Brogue, PA 17309, following USAPL rules.

ELIGIBILITY: Powerlifting, all ages as of July 25, 2010. Powerlifters may only compete in one division in one event except Scholastic Male Powerlifters age 18 & under who may enter one or two events. Final determination of competitor’s weight events will be made after weigh-in.
Scholastic Team Powerlifting – for ages 18 & under as of July 23, 2010; minimum of four, maximum of eight lifters; each lifter will be entered into the individual and team divisions with all athlete privileges. Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to each member of the team. The team would be all athletes listed on the roster and properly registered. Team scoring based on IPF rules.
ENTRY PROCEDURE: Send the entry form and $30 entry fee to the Keystone State Games office. Scholastic Team Powerlifting fee of $100 must be paid by team with registration forms. NJ, DE, MD, WV, OH, & D.C. athletes are welcome to compete in 2010 Keystone Summer Games with no additional fees. Walk-on registration is accepted and must be completed ½ hour prior to weigh-in time. The walk-on entry fee is $35. A limited number of walk-ons will be accepted.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday, July 9, 2010 Apply early! Entries must be postmarked by Thursday, July 8, 2010, otherwise athletes must enter as walk-ons.
