ELIGIBILITY: Every participating player must be a USATT Member for events TT02 through TT10. Memberships will be available at the venue. If you have let your membership lapse you must pay your membership dues to play in this tournament. Membership prices: Adult membership- $40, Junior membership- $20. A player may enter any event that he/she is eligible as of July 22, 2010. A player may only enter up to two (2) events per day. The ratings for this event come from the USATT about 1 week before the tournament.
DESCRIPTION: Competition will be held Friday, July 23, through Sunday, July 25, at Middletown Table Tennis Center, 60 W. Emans St., Middletown, PA 17057. Competition will be sanctioned by the USATT and follow USATT rules. All events will be Round Robin for the first round. Finals could be round robin or single elimination. Players entering Doubles or the Team competition without a partner will be paired at the venue if possible. The 4 highest rated teams will be Class A for the team event, the next 4 highest rated teams will be Class B, and so on.
ENTRY PROCEDURE: Register Online or Send the entry form and a check for $35 ($35 entry fee covers up to 6 events) to Keystone State Games, Inc., P.O. Box 1166, Wilkes- Barre, PA 18703-1166. Walk-on entries will not be accepted for this event. NJ, DE, MD, WV, OH, & D.C. athletes are welcome to compete in 2010 Keystone Summer Games with no additional fees. If you played in this event previously, you may not enter event TT01. All players must pay a $7 rating fee at the venue. (Do NOT send $5 with your entry to the Games office). Please check in at least 1/2 hour before your first event. You must show your KSG ID and USATT membership card at the venue. USATT memberships may be purchased at the venue.
ENTRY DEADLINE: July 12, 2010. Athlete registration forms received after July 13 may not receive pre-event local publicity. Entrants should place their doubles and/or team partner’s name on the entry form if known. Each doubles or team member must complete a separate entry form and pay the entry fee to the Keystone State Game’s office.
