EVENT CODE: JU00

ELIGIBILITY: All ages as of June 1. Entrants must be USJF, USJI or USJA members. Judo athletes may compete in only one division in any number of events they are eligible based on event description, if each event entered includes the athlete’s gender and current age or older. Final determination of events will be made after weigh-in. DE, MD, NJ, and WV athletes may register in this sport by submitting an additional $10.00 out of state fee.

DESCRIPTION: Competition will be held Sunday, July 27 at the York Expo Center, Memorial Hall West, 334 Carlisle Ave., York. IJF rules will govern competition. In Juniorevents, Male and Female ages 7-12, no arm bars or choke holds will be allowed. Per IJF rules, no arm bars for ranks under ikkyu. Sport Leader reserves the right to alter the divisions to establish more equitable competitive divisions. Any changes will be discussed with coaches and/or competitors prior to announcing the change. Weigh-in 9:00 to 10:30am.

ENTRY PROCEDURE: Send the entry form and $35 entry fee to Keystone State Games, Inc., P.O. Box 1166, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18703-1166. For walk-on information, participants must call the judo director. Athletes registering as walk-ons will not be guaranteed the athlete souvenir shirt and will not be listed in pre-event athlete lists. Walk-on entry fee will be $40.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday, July 11. Apply early! Entries must be postmarked by Thursday, July 10.
